Nuclear Security

Firewater provides radioactive waste management subject matter experts to support critical missions carried out by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). NNSA is the Department of Energy’s agency that maintains the nation’s nuclear stockpile, responds to radiological emergencies, and prevents nuclear weapons proliferation around the world. Firewater personnel support the NNSA across the Nuclear Security Enterprise to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency for NNSA production and radioactive waste generation systems.
